Made and shipped worldwide from West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. 

Each piece is handmade with care. When you buy handmade, you support an artist, their time to design, create and produce each individual order and process it to you. More complicated/larger pieces sometimes need a lot of detail with different materials and preparation. 

 Processing times may vary during busy times of the year/festival season:

------ 1-4 weeks for to make + transit time according to location.
------ We offer rushed 'Make and ship within 1 week' (make in a week of ordering + transit times) as an option with different shipping methods on 'Check out'.
------ If you need something KatzLittleFactory made and shipped with the speed of light around the world, we use Express International courier services and availability at request, please send us an enquiry. 
------ To see shipping options, please add items to basket and according to value and size, select shipping method and processing times that suit you. If you can't wait weeks for your items to be make, please use 'rushed' options.
Returns and reasons for returns:
- Due to the custom nature of the accessories, if there is a problem with your order once received, please contact us with your concerns. When placing an order, you book the time and attention for your desired items to be made. Sometimes we buy materials in advance, sometimes we have to order them after we receive your order. Mixing many elements takes time to acquire them and put together to our best abilities and we can't offer refunds unless serious fault.
Unless received items are unusable, flawed, damaged or wrong, we cannot offer refunds/returns and all items are checked before sending. Even then, we would offer to replace and fix the problem, drop us a line to discuss asap.
